Mueller lays a goose egg.

His indictments say:

1. The Russian efforts did not change the outcome (Hillary was a lousy candidate);

2. There were no Americans participating in the effort knowingly.

So, why is Mueller allowed to continue? Especially in view of the conspiracy to set up his investigations?
