During his presentation, entitled ‘Imagine A World Without Whiteness’, Harrison argued that a world without conflict could only be achieved by eliminating “whiteness” from the “power structure”.
Harrison failed to explain how white people are responsible for the “conflict” caused by African-Americans committing violent crimes at far higher ratios than whites.
Despite being outnumbered by whites five to one, blacks commit eight times more crimes against whites than vice-versa, according to FBI statistics from 2007.
Harrison then goes on to claim that a “poor white person” is “privileged” because he isn’t followed around in stores and treated with suspicion.
“White people, share a whole lot of things, even if they don’t interact, and one thing that they share is whiteness, or white privilege,” states Harrison.
As Christopher Menahan points out, Harrison’s assertion that even poor white people are privileged is pretty rich given that he is a “college professor living off taxpayer money”.
Harrison finishes off his talk by calling on students to oppose “this whiteness structure”.
“We need to dismantle whiteness….and we dismantle it by taking personal action,” states Harrison.
“Can we live in a world without whiteness?” he asks the audience.
“My answer is yes, we can, because it’s happened before, and it all revolves around individuals taking small steps, to dismantle, and demolish the whole concept.”
According to the Portland Community College website, “Whiteness History Month” is an “educational project examining race and racism through an exploration of the construction of whiteness, its origins and heritage.”
As we highlighted earlier this week, another speaker who took part in ‘Whiteness History Month’ – Rut Martinez-Alicea – suggested that raising the issue of black crime statistics was racist.
Professor Harrison has received mixed reviews on the Rate My Professor website, with one student commenting, “If you’re into being politically correct constantly then this class is for you.”
As the video below exposes, leftists who drone on about “white privilege” are complete hypocrites.
They decry white people as racists for collectively demonizing minorities because of the color of their skin, then turn around and do precisely that – collective demonization – to white people because of the color of their skin.
The Obama regime has its own agenda to abolish "whiteness" and reduce the percentage of whites in the country by allowing in minorities by the millions. Imagine the uproar of the elites in the Media if a white person called for abolishing blackness.
