Kavanaugh - what's the question.

Did Pres Trump appoint the right man?

On the surface Judge Kavanaugh is highly qualified for the job of Supreme Court Justice. He has the intellectual heft, the personal integrity and maybe even the right judicial philosophy: he is said to be a textualist (one who cares about what is written in the Constitution) and believes interpretation of the Constitution as it was written.

So, why am I uneasy? I am uneasy, because Judge Kavanaugh is a college Professor and such people are known to be anti-American and anti-Constitution. How did he manage to teach at three campuses, including Georgetown U and Harvard? Having worked for the Bushes is no problem. Lots of good men and women wasted their talents working for the Bushes, who would not defend their cause.

The Left (which now includes the Democrat Party)  will move Hell and Earth to deny this nomination, but they would oppose anyone but a Leftist. I gues we will have to trust Mr Trump that he made the right decision.
