OAC: two gems for idiocy award.

I remember promising that that I would provide quotes from the idiotic prattlings of NY Rep (D) Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. There were a few. But her handlers (who chose her from an audition, trained her then elected her) seemed to get a better handle on what she said so for a while her utterances seemed to become just standard Leftist rather than the idiotic prattle she did spew for a while. But, the handlers slipped up and so here are a couple:
“We need to innovate and change our, our grain, uh, our, our cow grain from which you know they feed in these troughs. We need to look at regenerative agriculture. These are our solutions.”

Pretty good if you are a Collector of idiocies. Then here is another:

“Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez incorrectly asserted that Republicans amended the Constitution to stop former President Franklin Delano Roosevelt from being re-elected. ‘They had to amend the Constitution of the United States to make sure Roosevelt did not get re-elected.’”

She said this Friday night in a town hall on PMSNBC. She was there to tout the positive effects of the new deal as she was trying to relate them to her Green New Deal. She “was referring to the 22nd Amendment, which a Republican-controlled Congress passed in March 1947.” From Rush L.

Roosevelt died in 1945.

Some may argue that this does not qualify as idiocy only ignorance.
