Graham cracker toffee. (Courtesy of Julia Baker).

Ingredients.

8  sheets of Graham crackers
8 oz salted butter (2 sticks)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans

Method

1. break the sheets of graham cracker along perforated lines (result is 1x3 in rectangles)
2. cover a baking sheet (with sides) close together with the rectangles
3. Mix the butter and brown sugar in sauce pan. Over medium heat, once the the mixture comes to a bubble, add the pecans.
4. Pour the mix over the cracker rectangles
5. Bake for 10 min at medium heat.
^. Let cool for 30 min, break into rectangles and serve.
