Plunge protection team at work?

President Trump is known to have called together bankers and govt officials re the Srock Market. Meanwhile, stocks are fluctuating wildly, moving as 700 points during the day. This does not include the 1000 point move Thursday. The size of the moves suggest that the 'Plunge Protection Team' is at work. Will this resurrect the bull market? Hard to see.
