Republicans pass Democrat budget.

The W Post chortles and this is the headline: “Congress Deal Funds Sanctuary Cities, Obamacare, EPA, Planned Parenthood; Does Not Provide Money for the Wall.” Republicans whine that if they did not pass that atrocity, the Dems would have shut down the government and the Media would have blamed the GOP for the shutdown. But, the Republicans could have exempted the budget from filibuster. In fact they could do. But they did not. Here is how the Republican leadership feels about this:
