Ingredients.
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
8 oz sliced mushrooms
veg oil
2 garlic clove, minced
2 (20 oz) jar s tomato-basil pasta sauce
1 cup water
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 (30 oz) refrigerated 4 cheese ravioli
4 oz shredded mozzarella
Method
1. Cook ground beef until no longer pink.
2. Saute onion and mushrooms in separate pan for 8 min at moderate heat.
3. Add garlic and sauté for I more minute.
4. Add everything to the meat except ravioli and mozzarella.
5. Bring to a boil then reduce heat.
6. Add ravioli and cook 10 minutes
7. Cover with cheese befor serving.
Comment.
1. We skipped the mushrooms and use one large onion.
2. This provided the two of us with 3 meals. Reheat with water added.
