Greek pasta.

Ingredients 

1. 1 lb penne pasta
2. olive oil
3. 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
4. 1 tsp oregano
5. 2 cloves garlic, minced
6. 3/4 cup milk
7. 8 oz cream cheese
8. 1/2 cup crumbled feta
9. 1 tsp lemon zest and 1 tbsp. lemon juice
10. 1 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
11. 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
12. 1 small cucumber, chopped
13. 1/4 cup dill weed (dry or fresh

Method

1. in a large pot cook penne in boiling salted water till al dente as per package instructions

2. Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper and oregano.
3. Saute chicken in olive oil till golden (about 6-8 min each side. Cut into 1 inch squares. Set aside.

4. Add more oil if skillet is dry and sauté garlic for about 1 minute.
5. Add the milk, cream and feta cheese and cook with stirring until cheeses dissolve.
6. Stir in lemon zest and juice  and add salt and pepper to taste.

7. Add pasta, and everything else and stir.

SERVE WARM.

Variation: halve the pasta and the cream cheese.
