Is Europe recovering, or not?

You wonder if you read the Times:
http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/business/economics/article4430417.ece

One article says that Europe is recovering except Greece, while another says that both France and Greece are faltering and Germany and Ireland are barely growing. This in spite of the E1.1T quantitative easing being done by the ECB.

We watch as Greece teeters on the edge of bankruptcy, England is facing elections and Russia and Ukraine face deteriorating economies. The US is also stumbling. India is beginning to overtake China as the fastest growing economy. There is one bright spot in Europe: Hungary. Its economy has grown 2.7% and they are trying to resume food shipments to Russia. Putin's visit to Budapest has resulted in a good deal for Hungary from Gasprom and Russian financing of Hungary's atomic power plants. France and Germany are squawking as you would expect.
