Ukraine: stomping on the Bear's tail.

Ukraine has so far avoided the full brunt of Russia's anger. Sure they lost the Crimea, but the Crimea was not theirs historically. Ukraine has kept up the barrage of military activity against the Separatists and hints that they intend to continue - if anything they threaten to escalate. It seems the Ukrainian govt and legislature goes out of their way to promote confrontation with Russia. Inviting American trainers to train Ukrainians, asking for anti-aircraft weapons, "defensive" armaments, etc. The latest is the abolishing of the treaty of cooperation between Russia and Ukraine regarding the maintenance of the Russian peace keeping force in Moldova. This has serious repercussions for Russian forces in Moldva, because they are cut off from supplies and reinforcements. Russia says it will not retaliate - for now.
