Friday, before the ISIS attacks in Paris, Obama declared that ISIS was contained. So then, why is his mention honorary? Why not call the spade a spade (no pun intended) and name him a full idiot for the day? After all, not only did he utter something quite idiotic, but his remarks were magnified by the perfect timing.
The problem in evaluating Obama's pronouncements and giving him his awards is that he is a ventriloquist's dummy so we do not know if what he said was his own or came from someone else.
