Actually, "Farkas" is a Hungarian name and refers to an animal with a bushy tail. In particular, using it alone, "Farkas" means wolf. A farkas kutya (a dog with a bushy tail) is a German shepherd.

Today is option expiry on the CRIMEX, Thursday is option expiry on the OTC, so the patsies of the FED are running dumps of sales contracts for gold. Trading of these paper slips is done by algorhytms or 'algos' for short.

Healthcare is a complex subject. It took over 2,000 pages of the original Obamacare bill to describe how healthcare would be mismanaged. Obamacare is failing, because it was meant to fail. Obama himself said he preferred the "Single Payer" which is a code word for government-run medicine. So, Democrats want to replace Obamacare with the Single Payer and nothing else.

So, why did the 'Repeal/replace' bill fail? Because id did not repeal. For the Dems it is a victory. Even if the bill cleared the House, it would have rough sailing in the Senate. Why? Because even though Republicans need only 51 votes in the Senate, they may not have 51 votes. Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, John McCain and Graham of S Carolina can not be relied on when the Media puts on a full court press.

So, what will happen now? The Dems have been encouraged. They will filibuster the Gorsuch nomination, they will try to stop the tax cut and they will continue to drum the fake news of the "Russian Connection." Oh, and they will try to continue the import of 'people of color' who will vote for them.

Ingredients
1 package of 25 to 27 piece beef-filled frozen ravioli
24 oz jar of pasta sauce
2-3 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 to 1 cup o shredded Parmesan cheese

Nothing tricky. The pasta sauce makes a big difference.

Method

Preheat oven to 400F.
Lightly grease 8x8 in casserole dish
Pour in about 1 cup pasta sauce.
Add layer of ravioli
Top with more pasta sauce
Add mozzarella cheese
Then the rest of ravioli
Cover with rest of mozzarella then the Parmesan cheese

Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
Take off foil and bake another 10 minutes
Take out of oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

We have had stories by the NYT that Obama suspected collaboration between the Trump campaign and Russia. So, he ordered surveillance of Trump and advisors. The results of the surveillance (called wiretaps in the old parlance) were disseminated widely in order to stop the incoming Administration from making them disappear. That is, of course, illegal.

The 'drive-by-media' called Trump a liar and even produced a phoney poll that this reduced him in the opinion polls. But, Trump had the goods on them all along.

Now, the news comes out that YES the Trumps team was surveilled (i.e. wire tapped in the old parlance) and that the names of those surveilled were unmasked. This is a felony.

Democrats (on and off FOX) claim that the Trump people accidentally got caught up in the surveillance of Russian activity.

There are two problems with that. The info turned over to Nunez shows that the FISA warrant authorizing the surveillance was NOT about Russian activities. Furthermore, the Russians could be surveilled without a warrant. A FISA warrant is needed only for the surveillance of Americans. So, Obama most likely looked for an excuse to wiretap Trump and his team and told the Agencies involved to deny everything. Except a whistleblower sent some documents to Nunez.

Democrats are up in arms that Nunez did not show them the documents. That means that the documents show the name of the Whistleblower, which the Dems want to know desperately so they can make the Whistleblower the issue instead of the content of the documents. The FBI has refused to send Congress requested mateials.

Key Democratic Officials Now Warning Base Not to Expect Evidence of Trump/Russia Collusion

From MSNBC politics shows to town hall meetings across the country, the overarching issue for the Democratic Party’s base since Trump’s victory has been Russia, often suffocating attention for other issues. This fixation has persisted even though it has no chance to sink the Trump presidency unless it is proven that high levels of the Trump campaign actively colluded with the Kremlin to manipulate the outcome of the U.S. election — a claim for which absolutely no evidence has thus far been presented.

The principal problem for Democrats is that so many media figures and online charlatans are personally benefiting from feeding the base increasingly unhinged, fact-free conspiracies — just as right-wing media polemicists did after both Bill Clinton and Obama were elected — that there are now millions of partisan soldiers absolutely convinced of a Trump/Russia conspiracy for which, at least as of now, there is no evidence. And they are all waiting for the day, which they regard as inevitable and imminent, when this theory will be proven and Trump will be removed.

Key Democratic officials are clearly worried about the expectations that have been purposely stoked and are now trying to tamp them down. Many of them have tried to signal that the beliefs the base has been led to adopt have no basis in reason or evidence.

The latest official to throw cold water on the MSNBC-led circus is President Obama’s former acting CIA chief Michael Morell. What makes him particularly notable in this context is that Morell was one of Clinton’s most vocal CIA surrogates. In August, he not only endorsed Clinton in the pages of the New York Times but also became the first high official to explicitly accuse Trump of disloyalty, claiming, “In the intelligence business, we would say that Mr. Putin had recruited Mr. Trump as an unwitting agent of the Russian Federation.”

But on Wednesday night, Morell appeared at an intelligence community forum to “cast doubt” on “allegations that members of the Trump campaign colluded with Russia.” “On the question of the Trump campaign conspiring with the Russians here, there is smoke, but there is no fire at all,” he said, adding, “There’s no little campfire, there’s no little candle, there’s no spark. And there’s a lot of people looking for it.”

Obama’s former CIA chief also cast serious doubt on the credibility of the infamous, explosive “dossier” originally published by BuzzFeed, saying that its author, Christopher Steele, paid intermediaries to talk to the sources for it. The dossier, he said, “doesn’t take you anywhere, I don’t think.”

Morell’s comments echo the categorical remarks by Obama’s top national security official, James Clapper, who told Meet the Press last week that during the time he was Obama’s DNI, he saw no evidence to support claims of a Trump/Russia conspiracy. “We had no evidence of such collusion,” Clapper stated unequivocally. Unlike Morell, who left his official CIA position in 2013 but remains very integrated into the intelligence community, Clapper was Obama’s DNI until just seven weeks ago, leaving on January 20.

Perhaps most revealing of all are the Democrats on the Senate Intelligence Committee — charged with investigating these matters — who recently told BuzzFeed how petrified they are of what the Democratic base will do if they do not find evidence of collusion, as they now suspect will likely be the case. “There’s a tangible frustration over what one official called ‘wildly inflated’ expectations surrounding the panel’s fledgling investigation,” BuzzFeed’s Ali Watkins wrote.

Moreover, “several committee sources grudgingly say, it feels as though the investigation will be seen as a sham if the Senate doesn’t find a silver bullet connecting Trump and Russian intelligence operatives.” One member told Watkins: “I don’t think the conclusions are going to meet people’s expectations.”

What makes all of this most significant is that officials like Clapper and Morell are trained disinformation agents; Clapper in particular has proven he will lie to advance his interests. Yet even with all the incentive to do so, they are refusing to claim there is evidence of such collusion; in fact, they are expressly urging people to stop thinking it exists. As even the law recognizes, statements that otherwise lack credibility become more believable when they are ones made “against interest.”

Media figures have similarly begun trying to tamp down expectations. Ben Smith, the editor-in-chief of BuzzFeed, which published the Steele dossier, published an article yesterday warning that the Democratic base’s expectation of a smoking gun “is so strong that Twitter and cable news are full of the theories of what my colleague Charlie Warzel calls the Blue Detectives — the left’s new version of Glenn Beck, digital blackboards full of lines and arrows.” Smith added: “It is also a simple fact that while news of Russian actions on Trump’s behalf is clear, hard details of coordination between his aides and Putin’s haven’t emerged.” And Smith’s core warning is this:

Trump’s critics last year were horrified at the rise of “fake news” and the specter of a politics shaped by alternative facts, predominantly on the right. They need to be careful now not to succumb to the same delusional temptations as their political adversaries, and not to sink into a filter bubble which, after all, draws its strength not from conservative or progressive politics but from human nature.

And those of us covering the story and the stew of real information, fantasy, and — now — forgery around it need to continue to report and think clearly about what we know and what we don’t, and to resist the sugar high that comes with telling people exactly what they want to hear.

For so long, Democrats demonized and smeared anyone trying to inject basic reason, rationality, and skepticism into this Trump/Russia discourse by labeling them all Kremlin agents and Putin lovers. Just this week, the Center for American Progress released a report using the language of treason to announce the existence of a “Fifth Column” in the U.S. that serves Russia (similar to Andrew Sullivan’s notorious 2001 decree that anyone opposing the war on terror composed an anti-American “Fifth Column”), while John McCain listened to Rand Paul express doubts about the wisdom of NATO further expanding to include Montenegro and then promptly announced: “Paul is working for Vladimir Putin.”

But with serious doubts — and fears — now emerging about what the Democratic base has been led to believe by self-interested carnival barkers and partisan hacks, there is a sudden, concerted effort to rein in the excesses of this story. With so many people now doing this, it will be increasingly difficult to smear them all as traitors and Russian loyalists, but it may be far too little, too late, given the pitched hysteria that has been deliberately cultivated around these issues for months. Many Democrats have reached the classic stage of deranged conspiracists where evidence that disproves the theory is viewed as further proof of its existence, and those pointing to it are instantly deemed suspect.

A formal, credible investigation into all these questions, where the evidence is publicly disclosed, is still urgently needed. That’s true primarily so that conspiracies no longer linger and these questions are resolved by facts rather than agenda-driven anonymous leaks from the CIA and cable news hosts required to feed a partisan mob.

It’s certainly possible to envision an indictment of a low-level operative like Carter Page, or the prosecution of someone like Paul Manafort on matters unrelated to hacking, but the silver bullet that Democrats have been led to expect will sink Trump appears further away than ever.

But given the way these Russia conspiracies have drowned out other critical issues being virtually ignored under the Trump presidency, it’s vital that everything be done now to make clear what is based in evidence and what is based in partisan delusions. And most of what the Democratic base has been fed for the last six months by their unhinged stable of media, online, and party leaders has decisively fallen into the latter category, as even their own officials are now desperately trying to warn.

The two NOs in question are Comey's response to two questions:

1. is there any evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian agents about the 2016 election and

2. is there any evidence that the Obama regime had Trump under surveillance?

As you know, Comey answered both questions with a "NO." So, how credible are Comey's answers?

Remember that these people are Obama's appointees. If the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians, there would be evidence. Such an evidence can not be faked without detecting that the evidence was faked. That would mean potential jail time for Comey. So, the first "NO" is credible.

How about the second "NO?" There were all sorts of reports in the Press that Trump and his people were under surveillance. Admitting that would put some people in jail. So, the surveillance is denied by Comey. President Trump insists.

The second "NO" is not credible.

FBI Director Comey has testified that the FBI found no evidence of Russian hacking of the Presidential vote or wiretaps put on Trump Tower in NYC. Inasmuch as physical evidence of a wiretap can be removed in minutes, it is not surprising. However, phones can be tapped without physical tools and so far there is no evidence presented on that. Yet, journalism sources claimed that Trump associates were investigated on the basis of wiretap evidence (see previous post).

Far more objectionable is the remark by Rep Nunes of CA that we can not know if the alleged Russian interference might have made the difference in the final vote.

Considering that the CIA has computer programs that can mimic intrusion by foreign powers, the outcome of these investigations (along with attributing the hack of Podesta emails) suggesting that the hack was done by Russia is highly questionable.

The recount of votes in Michigan produced evidence of manufactured Democrat votes in Michigan. I would bet that even more shady practice took place in Philadelphia.Nobody said a word of that so far.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Infowars.com have obtained credible information from law enforcement sources regarding individual records of U.S. citizens under National Security Agency (NSA) electronic surveillance in the years 2004 through 2010 – a database that suggests both Donald J. Trump and Alex Jones were under illegal, unauthorized government monitoring during those years.

Michael Zullo, formerly the commander and chief investigator of the Cold Case Posse (CCP), a special investigative group created in 2006 in the office of Joseph M. Arpaio, formerly the sheriff in Maricopa County, an Arizona State Certified Law Enforcement Agency, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, provided sections of the database to Infowars.com.

The electronic surveillance database, provided to Zullo by a whistleblower in 2013, was apparently created by the NSA as part of the NSA’s illegal and unconstitutional Project Dragnet electronic surveillance of U.S. citizens, first revealed by news reports published in 2005, as further documented by the revelations of whistleblower Edward Snowden in 2013.

Sheriff Arpaio and Chief Investigator Zullo have identified dozens of entries at various addresses, including both Trump Tower in New York City and Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, under which Donald Trump was apparently under NSA electronic surveillance from 2004, during President George W. Bush’s term of office, through 2009, the first year of President Obama’s presidency.

While attempts have been made to deny such domestic surveillance, reports from the New York Times in 2014 showed the Central Intelligence Agency had done just that by spying on a senate panel investigating the agency’s use of “enhanced interrogation.”

In a 2016 article from The Guardian entitled, “‘A constitutional crisis’: the CIA turns on the Senate,” it is likewise noted just how drastic and widespread the CIA’s domestic surveillance operation was.

As revealed from the Dragnet database, not only was Trump himself surveilled but so were numerous employees of his located at Trump Tower.

Former CIA officer Larry Johnson recently joined the Alex Jones show to discuss how intelligence sources have stated that such surveillance of Trump during the presidential election in fact took place.

Here is a partial list of the Trump employees that show up in the Project Dragnet database:

• Patricia Hernandez, a Manager for the Trump Organization, was under NSA electronic surveillance at Trump Parc, Central Park South, in New York City, at phone 212-586-xxxx, date: 9/16/2008.

• Mike van der Goes, a Golf Pro at Oceans Trails Golf Course in Palos Verdes, who was promoted to be general manager when Trump bought the course from the bank in 2005 and renamed it Trump National. Mike van der Goes was under surveillance at Trump National, 1 Ocean TRL, Rancho Palos Verdes, California, at phone: 310-265-xxxx, no date.

• Carolyn Kepcher, a frequent guest on NBC’s television program “The Apprentice,” who was under NSA electronic surveillance when she was General Manager at the Trump National Golf Course in Briarcliff, New York, in Westchester County north of New York City, at 339 Pine Rd., in Briarcliff, New York, at phone 914-944-xxxx, date: 9/7/206.

• Joe Traci, a Real Estate Property Manager at Trump New World Property Management, at 438 W. 69th Street, New York City, phone 212-769-xxxx, date: 11/12/2008; and at 5 12th Street, New York City, phone: 212-586-xxxx, no date.

All these employees appear to have been under NSA phone surveillance, plus various of them under financial surveillance as well.

The Project Dragnet database suggests Trump was under surveillance not only for phone conversations, but also for financial information, including most likely bank account transactions, credit card transactions, and tax filings.

Both federal and state law enforcement have had access to the Project Dragnet database, allowing widespread use for methods such as parallel construction. The practice, outlined in the 2013 Reuters article, “U.S. directs agents to cover up program used to investigate Americans,” reveals the breadth of information that trickles down to law enforcement from high-level intelligence agencies.

Also listed as under NSA surveillance in the period 2004-2010 was Trump’s former wife, Ivanka Trump at House of Ivanka, 10 East 64th Street, New York City.

The Project Dragnet database also indicates that the NSA was conducting electronic surveillance on an extensive list of Trump employees in the years 2004-2010 – the only years for which Sheriff Arpaio had data.

Alex Jones is listed as being under electronic surveillance for phone records, as well as under surveillance for financial records, in 2006. The address listed for Alex Jones in the NSA Project Dragnet database was correct for his residence at that time. So too, Alex Jones confirmed the phone number listed was also correct.

Sheriff Arpaio and Chief Investigator Zullo have validated through law enforcement channels the validity of the name, address, and telephone numbers for the dates that appear in the Project Dragnet database.

Sheriff Arpaio and Chief Investigator Zullo are prepared to share relevant information with appropriate federal law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, as well as the Department of Justice, Homeland Security Department, the White House, and members of Congress the Project Dragnet Database in whole, or in part, as it pertains to NSA electronic surveillance of Donald J. Trump and his various employee.

Sheriff Arpaio and Chief Investigator Zullo also show up in the database, listed as being under both phone and financial surveillance.

Zullo explained that he and Arpaio came in contact with the information from Operation Dragnet during an unrelated investigation that began in October 2013 and ended January 2015.

A whistleblower by the name of Dennis Montgomery brought forward information that Montgomery alleges was collected while he was employed as a subcontractor for the NSA, working on various surveillance projects.

Court documents do verify Montgomery was contracted by the NSA, in part to develop computer breaching software that has been utilized in government mass surveillance operations targeting American citizens without legal justification.

While Montgomery’s credibility has been called into question, Zullo maintains that the amount of information provided by Montgomery related to Operation Dragnet was extraordinarily voluminous and that Montgomery had shared information with investigators in 2013 that is only now being revealed by media outlets.

I hesitate to include this post because it may be a prank. Nobody can be this stupid. However, these are anti-Trump crazies, so anything is possible.

As reported previously, 2 students at The University of California stated that they would publicly remove their penis’ if Trump enforced the existing USA-Mexico border wall. In a continuance of this trend, 4 students at the University of Washington have promised to remove pieces of their reproductive anatomy if Trump builds the wall.

Washington Sophomore Trent Griliphaen said he was inspired by the movement at The University of California, and that he “thinks that Trump’s construction of the wall is just an extension of his penis, and an expression of Patriarchal rape culture. Really, by building the wall, we are raping the Mexican people, and I am no longer willing to be a perpetrator of rape culture. Ms Noonan is wrong on at least two counts:

1. First, the Democrats are not interested in reaching across the aisle. They simply want to drive President Trump from office. They make this clear every day, whether one listens to the incoherent Nancy Pelosi or to Chuck Schumer.

2. Obamacare was passed as part of Reconciliation, so its reform can be passed likewise: without Democrat votes.

There is a deep-seated reason why repeal/replace of Obamacare should be done without Democrat input. Obamacare was designed to fail, to be replaced by government run medicine as in Canada and Europe. So, a compromise with Democrats would involve the establishment of socialized medicine. And the essence of socialized medicine is government coercion, absence of control by the patient and rationing of care. Americans expressed their objection to Obamacare by decimating the Democrats who were for it in 2912, 2014 and 2016.

Yes, Miz Noonan, it is a complex subject and hard to do. But it should be done and not surrendered to the Socialists.

Sheryl Attkisson works for CBS. There was a US govt authorized bug on her computer. The Justice Dept is blocking efforts to find out the identity of who placed the reporting program. Attkisson had appeared on FOX and told us that it is well possible that Donald Trump was monitored during the election. President Trump himself seem to know this. The NYT and a couple of other Liberal outlets claimed that they had evidence based on wiretap evidence of Trump.

Attkisson also told us that Obama probably would not order a wiretap, but that his subordinates could. Or, Obama could issue a directive to do surveillance and lie about it.

The plot thickens.

Basically, the bill groups all the changes that will hurt into the first two years, while the good things will not click in for five. Is Speaker Ryan doing this to scuttle the repeal? Or, is he following his promise that he will not help Trump?

We have some powerful enemies all right: China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Iran and most every Islamic country. But, the strongest enemies are found in the United States.

However, another important figure is the amount of money it takes to keep the debt growing larger. That is calculated as $300B/year. IMHO, that is too low and will double and triple as the FED raises interest rates.

During the Presidency of Barak Hussein, we have added $10T to the National Debt and driven government spending sky high. But, Barak Hussein did more than increase spending. He imported many thousands of Central Americans to settle in the US as undocumented. These are future Democrats (members of the Marxist Party) who will drive the Welfare State bankrupt. So, people elected Donald Trump as President because he pledged to thwart the efforts of the Marxists. That is why we are drifting closer to a Civil War. The Marxists do not want to give up their gains.

Meat loaf and mashed potatoes are one of the favorites of my family. This recipe can feed six people with three of them big eaters.

Ingredients
the "filler"
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup regular oat meal
1 1/4 cup parmaghiana cheese
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp black pepper (ground)
1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
4 eggs beaten

the meat
3 lb ground beef (80/20)

the bacon cover
10 slices thinly sliced bacon

the sauce
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
tobacco to taste

Method of mixing the loaf

1. Mix the filler except the eggs in a large glass bowl
2. lightly beat the eggs in another bowl then add to the rest of the filler
3. Add the meat and combine and mix with hand
4. Make sure all the filler is mixed with the meat. Form the loaves on a baking dish with holes.
5. Form the mass into a loaf and cover with the 10 slices of bacon. Alternatively, you can split the mass into two loaves and cover with slices of bacon.

Cover with 1/3of the sauce.
For the sauce mix 1 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup BBQ sauce and 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Baking.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 F
Take out and add another 1/3of the sauce
Bake another 15 minutes

Check if done.
Remove the center slice of bacon and check the meat. If not done, bake another 15 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes.

Apart from a few partisan Democrats, most in Congress are cooling about the claim that Russia hacked the election. The story peddled by the Media was that Trump's people were in regular contact with the Russians.As it turns out, the Russian Ambassador was trying to buttonhole any American in high places. It is his job. Now we leand that Ambassador Kysliyak had contacts with Hillary's people as well. Maybe that's why the Dems are losing their appetite for an investigation.

It is not unfounded that former President Obama would wire tap President Trump during the election process. This is because he has done this before. Here is a list of individuals who were wire tapped by the Obama Administration.

WikiLeaks released the following list on February 23rd (see link here) of Obama Administration wire taps:

* The US National Security Agency bugged a private climate change strategy meeting; between UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon and German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin;
* Obama bugged Chief of Staff of UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for long term interception targetting his Swiss phone;
* Obama singled out the Director of the Rules Division of the World Trade Organisation (WTO), Johann Human, and targetted his Swiss phone for long term interception;
* Obama stole sensitive Italian diplomatic cables detailing how Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu implored Italy’s Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi to help patch up his relationship with US President Barack Obama, who was refusing to talk to Netanyahu;
* Obama intercepted top EU and Japanese trade ministers discussing their secret strategy and red lines to stop the US “extort[ing]” them at the WTO Doha arounds (the talks subsequently collapsed);
* Obama explicitly targeted five other top EU economic officials for long term interception, including their French, Austrian and Belgium phone numbers;
* Obama explicitly targetted the phones of Italy’s ambassador to NATO and other top Italian officials for long term interception; and
* Obama intercepted details of a critical private meeting between then French president Nicolas Sarkozy, Merkel and Berluscon, where the latter was told the Italian banking system was ready to “pop like a cork”.

In addition to the above list we also know now that Obama wire tapped various individuals in the US media that were reporting information not flattering to the Obama Administration. It is widely known that Obama’s Justice Department targeted journalists with wiretaps in 2013:

* In 2013 the liberal Washington Post expressed outrage after the revelation that the Justice Department had investigated the newsgathering activities of a Fox News reporter as a potential crime in a probe of classified leaks. The reporter, Fox News’ James Rosen and his family, were part of an investigation into government officials anonymously leaking information to journalists. Rosen was not charged but his movements and actions were tracked.
* Also in 2013, members of the Associated Press were also a target of the surveillance. The ultra liberal New Yorker even noted that “In moderate and liberal circles, at least, the phone-records scandal, partly because it involves the dear old A.P. and partly because it raises anew the specter of Big Brother, may well present the most serious threat to Obama’s reputation.”
* Reporter Sharyl Attkisson said in 2014 that her personal computer and CBS laptop were hacked after she began filing stories about Benghazi that were unflattering to the Obama administration. A source who checked her laptop said the hacker used spyware “proprietary to a government agency,” according to an article in the New York Post.

Obama is no stranger to wire tapping. His administration tapped phones and computers of friends and foe alike.

This is what I get so far. Obama's henchmen went to the FISA Court in June to place a tap in Trump Tower. The request was denied. Then another request was launched in October or November. The reason? Somebody had an account with a Russian bank and to the Obama henchmen this was suspicious. So, the FISA Court granted the tap. It turned out that the whole thing was quite innocuous.

Questions:

1. Was the suspicion reasonable or just an excuse to tap the campaign?
2. Did this connection give the idea to the Obama henchmen to launch a campaign to delegitimize the Trump election?
3. Was Hillary told and how? (There was a tweet from her indicating she was told). That is a felony.
4. Did Obama know and when?

Charles Schumer invokes the "Law of the Suspect." This was used during the French Revolution. It made it illegal to be a suspect. Schumer claims that if there was a tap (and a probable cause) that this is especially bad for Trump.

The announcement came one day after Trump took to Twitter to accuse his predecessor Barack Obama of tapping his phones ahead of the November election, without providing evidence of the explosive charge.

An Obama spokesman has denied Trump's accusation as "simply false."

In his statement, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer referred to unspecified reports of "potentially politically motivated investigations immediately ahead of the 2016 election" as "very troubling."

"President Donald J. Trump is requesting that as part of their investigation into Russian activity, the congressional intelligence committees exercise their oversight authority to determine whether executive branch investigative powers were abused in 2016," Spicer said.

He added that there would be no more comment on the matter from Trump or the White House.

Trump leveled his charges against Obama early Saturday, at the end of a week in which his administration was battered by controversy over communications between Russian officials and some of his senior aides including Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

"I'd bet a good lawyer could make a great case out of the fact that President Obama was tapping my phones in October, just prior to Election!" Trump wrote.

"How low has President Obama gone to tapp (sic) my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!" he wrote in another tweet, referring to the political scandal that toppled president Richard Nixon in 1974.

Two separate sources with links to the counter-intelligence community have confirmed to Heat Street that the FBI sought, and was granted, a FISA court warrant in October, giving counter-intelligence permission to examine the activities of ‘U.S. persons’ in Donald Trump’s campaign with ties to Russia.

Contrary to earlier reporting in the New York Times, which cited FBI sources as saying that the agency did not believe that the private server in Donald Trump’s Trump Tower which was connected to a Russian bank had any nefarious purpose, the FBI’s counter-intelligence arm, sources say, re-drew an earlier FISA court request around possible financial and banking offenses related to the server. The first request, which, sources say, named Trump, was denied back in June, but the second was drawn more narrowly and was granted in October after evidence was presented of a server, possibly related to the Trump campaign, and its alleged links to two banks; SVB Bank and Russia’s Alfa Bank. While the Times story speaks of metadata, sources suggest that a FISA warrant was granted to look at the full content of emails and other related documents that may concern US persons.

The FBI agents who talked to the New York Times, and rubbished the ground-breaking stories of Slate ( Franklin Foer) and Mother Jones (David Corn) may not have known about the FISA warrant, sources say, because the counter-intelligence and criminal sides of the FBI often work independently of each other employing the principle of ‘compartmentalization’.

The FISA warrant was granted in connection with the investigation of suspected activity between the server and two banks, SVB Bank and Alfa Bank. However, it is thought in the intelligence community that the warrant covers any ‘US person’ connected to this investigation, and thus covers Donald Trump and at least three further men who have either formed part of his campaign or acted as his media surrogates. The warrant was sought, they say, because actionable intelligence on the matter provided by friendly foreign agencies could not properly be examined without a warrant by US intelligence as it involves ‘US Persons’ who come under the remit of the FBI and not the CIA. Should a counter-intelligence investigation lead to criminal prosecutions, sources say, the Justice Department is concerned that the chain of evidence have a basis in a clear warrant.

In June, when the first FISA warrant was denied, the FBI was reportedly alarmed at Carter Page’s trip to Moscow and meetings with Russian officials, one week before the DNC was hacked. Counter intelligence agencies later reported to both Presidential candidates that Russia had carried out this hack; Donald Trump said publicly in the third debate that ‘our country has no idea’ if Russia did the hacking. The discovery of the Trump Tower private Russian server, however, communicating with Alfa Bank, changed matters, sources report.

To further complicate the story, the FISA warrant was allegedly granted in part because of the involvement of Vladimir Putin’s own daughters. One is married to a senior official at Gazprom, where Carter Page and Paul Manafort reportedly have holdings; another to Kirill Shamalov, a banking official.

The fact that the alleged warrant was a FISA warrant is itself significant. The court exists to grant warrants to examine cases concerned with Foreign Intelligence.

Pursuant to FISA, the Court entertains applications submitted by the United States Government for approval of electronic surveillance, physical search, and other investigative actions for foreign intelligence purposes. Most of the Court’s work is conducted ex parte as required by statute, and due to the need to protect classified national security information.

Bradley P. Moss is a national security lawyer. He told us:

If a FISA warrant was issued, it does not necessarily mean that the court considered any U.S. persons as literal ‘spies.’ I can imagine an argument having been made that there was probable cause to believe they were “agents of influence” who were unwittingly being influenced by a foreign power.

If the operation concerns suspected money laundering involving a foreign government, the FISA warrant could theoretically encompass U.S. persons in that limited context. A FISA warrant is authorization to collect evidence, not to arrest.

On October 9th, the Trump campaign released a large number of documents pointing out what they alleged were Hillary Clinton’s ties to Russia. On October 12th, rumors of a FISA warrant started to surface online. Donald Trump’s campaign had not answered requests for comment on the matter at time of going to press.

1. Bugging Trump Tower and Trump campaign.

President Trump has just learned that Obama and his henchmen had wiretapped his campaign by wiretapping Trump Tower in NY. The FISA Court refused permission at first. So, it is likely that Obama henchmen then concocted the "Russian story" to persuade the Court to allow the wiretap. The question is what did Obama knew and when. This was clearly misusing Federal authority to illegally obtain campaign info and covering it up.

2.A second scandal is the shakedown of businesses to finance Leftist activities. Here is how the shakedown worked: Obama's cronies would "find" violations by a business and levy a fine. The business was told that instead of the fine going directly to Treasury, the fine would be reduced greatly if the business made direct donations to political organizations favored by the Obamas. This practice appears to be illegal in two ways: a) it may be blackmail and b) it is an illegal diversion of funds for political purpose.

3. Obama's presidential eligibility and the story of his birth certificate and Social Security #.

All these scandals need to be investigated by the FBI once it is purged of Obama supporters.

Obama was confident that Hillary would be elected and she pledged to continue his efforts to convert America into a Socialist "democracy." The conspiracy claims that Trump got elected by colluding with Russian influence and, therefore, his election is illegitimate. The Deep State (NSA staff and other inbeds of Obama) had wiretapped Russian officials as they sought to make contacts with the incoming Trump team. The wiretaps were then leaked to the New York Times and other Socialists in Europe.

The Democrats want investigations to tie up the Trump Administration and to launch fishing expeditions. The phrase "what did the President know and when" is already flying in Washington. To finance the overthrow, Obama is given a $65M 'book contract' which is just laundering Leftist money. Attacks are already under way at Jeff Sessions to neutralize the Justice Dept while the Conspiracy gets under way.
