Mary Harf is a striking looking young woman, a deputy spokesperson for the US State Department and a holder of a Master's Degree in International Relations. Her comment that ISIS needs to be handled by creating jobs in the countries where ISIS operates raises her to the level of Nancy Pelosi and her comment of growing the economy by unemployment checks.
The Obungle regime collects these flukey persons.
I have an idea. In order to honor Mary Harf for her idiotic comments, let's change the written text of laughter from "har, har, har" to "harf, harf, harf."
