Minsk2: Another farce.

Don't be surprised if this agreement ends up as the previous one. It is not really crafted to end the Insurrection, it is merely to provide the Ukrainian govt a breather. Here are the quite absurd points of the agreement:

1. The Ukrainian govt refused to talk to the Rebs, who are called "terrorists" and agents of Moscow:
2. The Rebs are asked to give up several hundred square miles of territory they recently captured;
3. The Rebs are promised some autonomy - unspecified now:
4. The Rebs are promised amnesty unless they committed acts against humanity (specified later);
5. Rebel artillery is to withdraw behind the new lines while govt artillery is to advance.

Frankly, this is a surrender document and that is why it won't be obeyed. The only amazing thing is how Putin and the Rebs agreed to it. NEITHER PUTIN NOR POROSHENKO signed it.

Newsflash. NATO is already supplying weapons to Ukraine. Several dozens of "Saxon" APCs have been sent to the Ukraine from England. Not to be outdone, several hundred Russian young men decided to do their vacation in the Ukraine, along with 40 tanks, artillery and support vehicles. The cease fire is to begin shortly. Or NOT.
