Easy lasagna.

This is best made in a large circular pan. Ingredients are somewhat fungible, though readily available.

Ingredients for the meat sauce.
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb ground beef
1 can of 14 oz diced tomatoes
about 24 or 28 oz spaghetti sauce
1/2 can French onion soup


Ingredients for the second sauce
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 and 1/4 cup cottage cheese
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

9 lasagna noodles (non cooked)

1 -11/2 shredded Mozarella

Directions.

1. sauté the garlic in some olive oil.
2. add the beef and sauté with stirring till beef is slightly cooked
add tomatoes, spaghetti sauce and heat till bubbling
3. transfer to large bowl

combine egg, cottage cheese, It dressing and soup and keep in another bowl.

Return 2 cups meat sauce to skillet and cover with lasagna noodles. break as necessary
Cover with a layer of the cottage cheese mix. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning
Add the rest of the meat sauce and cover with lasagna noodles.
Add the remainder of the cottage cheese mix.
Cover with Mozarella.

Brink to boil, reduce heat and bubble for 15 minutes.

Serve in small pie shapes.
