Liberal judges are a danger to the orderly and legal function of government. They legislate from the bench, they go by the concept that although there are three equal branches of government, theirs is superior.
The case of Robart vs President Trump is a textbook example. Here a judge puts his own preference above the law. Yes, above the law.
There are two questions relevant to the judging of the Executive Order:
1. Does the President have the legal authority to issue that Executive Order?
2. Is there any Federal law or part of the Constitution that prohibits it?
The answer to the first question is a clear "YES". Part of U.S. Code 8 specifically authorizes the President to bar entry to individuals he deems might pose a danger to US citizens.
There is no law and no part of the Constitution that bars the President from carrying out his duty.
Liberals argue that this is prejudicial, meant to keep Muslims out. Of course, all such orders are selective. Orders barring the entrance of some have to be selective. Are they anti Muslim? No. Entry is not barred on the basis of religion, nor does the order bar entry from all Muslim countries. The order simply bars entry from countries that have active jihadist movements and does so on a temporary basis until methods can be worked out to bar only those hostile.
Is Judge Robart a "so called" judge? Unfortunately no, he is a real but a rogue judge. It's his "justice" that is "so-called."
