Judge Robart upends the law.

Liberal judges are telling the President that he can not stop illegals from staying in the Country and that he can not suspend travel to the US by suspicious people.

So, where does this leave us technically?

The Nineth Circus Court rejected an appeal from the govt to reverse the Temporary Restraining Order. If the govt appeals to the Supreme Court it has to get a 5 to 4 majority as the Liberal justices will side with Robart. The best course of action is to proceed with the seating of Judge Gorsuch to the Supreme Court and then write a new Executive Order.
