The Obama regime monitored Trump and associates and recorded their conversations. The news from Swampland is that Susan Rice requested that Trump's associates have their names disclosed on the written copy of their phone calls (meaning unmasking their names).. Susan Rice even ordered a spreadsheet of the intercepts. Obama changed the rules so the intercepts could be widely disseminated.
The regime was confident that Hillary would win, but just in case she lost they were ready to put a plan in motion to remove Trump:
